"Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. Location is close to the main square and there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes on foot. Would definitely stay here again if back in Krakow."

"We had an excellent stay for family mini-reunion (3 adults and 2 kids). The Old Town area is great - easy walk to attractions and restaurants. The grocery store is next door to the property. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was timely and excellent. Highly recommend !"

"Steam room and dry sauna are very nice. Quite relax after a steam bath. Not many people, basically 1 or 2 people or even just me there every time. Hot water, coffee even Cappuccino and latte coffee are complimentary 24/7. Morning breakfast is delicious with many options. Will come back and highly recommended. "
"Fantastic service from all the staff. Always friendly and helpful and nothing was too much effort. They went out of their way for us e.g brought our takeaway delivery to our rooms when it arrived and gave us a free room upgrade. Great hotel.
