Full of characters with all the modern amenities; clean and spacious room and bathroom. The reception and breakfast staffs were very kind and helpful. They made my stay very pleasant.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, literally two buildings away from main market square. A couple of things I didn’t like: Nightstands in our room were stylish but totally useless, you could barely fit a cell phone and a pair of glasses on the round top. The breakfast buffet was ok but a single girl servicing the large breakfast area was definitely not enough… she was working as fast as she could but it was just too much for a single person. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean and comfortable and modern. The bathroom and shower were very luxurious We did not eat or drink at the hotel but that is only because we like to eat out in the many restaurants when on a city break and no reflection on the hotel at all

Great location, right in the heart of the Old Town. It's clearly a new building, stylishly decorated. Friendly service and excellent value for money.

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was very spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping were very accomomdating if I wanted to sleep a bit later and then they would make the room up.

There was a problem in experior hotel and we were offered and accepted a suite in unicus palace hotel of the same hotel chain.espetially i'd like to mention the hotel staff who were very very kind,helpful,welcoming .they were 100 out of 10!

Super hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Meget venligt og servieorienteret personae. Fine værelser. Nespresso-maskine på værelset. Man skal være lidt frisk, hvis man er i bil til Krakow, fordi hotellet ligger inde i gågade-zonen. Så hvis du har 5 store kufferterne med.....
