"The only problem we had was the bathroom shower ! The shower heads bearly work , low pressure took forever for the water to get hot or even warm ! One missing conditioner bottle I know that's a very small thing to complain about, but they had the shower gel shampoo but no conditioner. Hopefully they won't think I took it. But other than that, the room was gorgeous. The hotel was nice. We didn't have breakfast there a little too high for me so I ate somewhere else, but the atmosphere was nice and the only reason I didn't complain because I only stood there one night I was going on a cruise the next day if I would've stayed more I would've been complaining"

"I travel to Vancouver once a month and this was my second time choosing to stay at the PacRim. Jesse at the front desk made my check-in easy and pleasant. He accommodated my requests and followed up to ensure I had a great experience. Also, Travis and Patrick at valet go out of their way to greet guests with a smile. The only disappointment is that all rooms are pet-friendly. Although, I love pets, I unfortunately have allergies. The room had some residual pet dander which caused my allergies to flare up. However, the housekeeping lead ensured the room was deep cleaned to avoid any future sleep disruptions. Overall, great hotel in a great location."
