"Very clean hotel and room. Good location. All employees are very friendly. Negative point: homeless are living there, so, the breakfast is not easy to have tables. Waffles?? 45 minutes to prepares because the people who lives there needs to prepare 8 to 10 waffles each one. Suggestion: separated hours for breakfast.v Thanks "

"Our stay was great. Cool location right on top of F train stop. Atmospherein the hotel is relly cool. A few small things, NYC is a loud place. They have a bluetooth speaker we used to play white noise to help us sleep. This hotel doesnt have coffee in the room or complimentary in the lobby. Have to pay at their cafe for coffee. Hotel should consider getting rid of iPad check in. Does anyone like that? There were to great agents there to help, Graham and EK. Give them a raise and hire more front deak agents. Ditch the iPads. Overall, i would recommend and return to this hotel."

"bed was flilthy. The next day we were expecting new sheets, cleaned room. we were gone all day to an unclean room and knock on our door at 5 looking to clean it, we are now getting ready for dinner told them to come back at 5:30 they never did so we had dirty sheets ( and i have pictures) extremely disapointed. dont trust the pictures. "

"Stayed 5 nights here at this Garnent District hotel, it was clean and convenient for 15 minute or less walk to most Broadway theater shows. We were a family of 4, room with 2 double beds, packed light with carryon size luggage, it’s snug. Booked less than 2 months out, very hard to find rooms with 2 queen beds during spring break time: It does include a hot breakfast, which is rare in NYC. 4 elevators for the hotel, very busy in the morning rush, add in extra time for that. No umbrellas to borrow (for purchase only) for a rainy day, so be prepared. One late night there was no cold water, 11:30pm to 12:30am, then for a few hours there was no water at all, couldn’t flush the toilet. Called front desk multiple times, no pick up. If maintenance, there should be a warning letter for guests or warnings posted in elevators. Things do happen but quite inconvenient and poor service that nobody answered the Front Desk phone when I called a few times that night."
