Property was good, room was good, breakfast was served without milk as "the delivery truck is on its way" - no milk for coffee, no milk for cereal - a grocery run for a $4.99 jug of milk would have saved them from this fail but nobody bothered. Also trains passing through town use horn in the middle of the night. Not fault of the hotel but something to consider for light sleepers.

This was a last minute booking and I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience. The front desk staff was so helpful and efficient, the room was great, and the hotel’s proximity to my destination was PERFECT

Great Experience in the Heart of Springfield

Check in was smooth and simple. Everyone was very polite. I did not spend a lot of time there (1 day trip) but would not hesitate to book again.

My room had no a/c but the staff quickly moved me to another room, where the air definitely worked! No trash can but I happened to have a plastic grocery bag with me, so I used that. Older hotel, creepy elevator and so-so breakfast but it served its purpose. Would probably stay there again.

Staff were friendly and hotel was nice.

The hotel is excellent for those traveling to visit the state Capitol as it is not a block away. The front staff was so friendly and attentive. She answered every question I have and provided excellent service. Although it was an in and out trip. I enjoyed our short stay.

The front desk check in was quick and easy. The gentleman was very polite and gave me a quick rundown of the hotel as far as elevators, breakfast and parking. Hassel free and only a few minute walk to the Capitol. Rooms are basic and hotel seemed to be maintained well. Would recommend if just needing a place to stay close to the Capitol.
