Its great ,got everything going for it especially location to Christchurch and the Botanical Gardens. Its percfect for a one or two night stay. Room heating very good, bed comforable and Gerry very friendly. A couple of very very minor things, dishwashing cloth or sponge needed. Tissues needed. Paper towel, needed Hand towel needed. Not enough to deter us from staying again. So minor things not needed by many but if you are staying 2-3 nights please.

We had a fantastic stay, and could not fault anything. The staff were friendly and so hospitable. Check-in was seamless and the room was very clean and tidy. We could not hear any noise from the main road at all and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank-you to the team for a very enjoyable stay.
