The Oxford appears shiny new and is in a quiet riverfront section of downtown Spokane right on the river. A series of waterfalls are within short walking distance. Breakfast (included)has many choices and is nicely presented and also a complementary evening cocktail with snacks is standard fare. Best of all the hotel is in the nicest big small town I’ve ever visited.

I loved the view of the river and being right by the river walkway. I got sick at the end of my stay and they were extra good to my husband so he could help me comfortably exit the hotel.

It was a nice hotel however there were things out of order and the hotel pool created a strong mildew scent in the area of the hotel we were staying in. We paid extra for two balcony rooms with a river view and both bedrooms had the view blocked by trees

Feels very safe to stay there. Convenient EV charging, walking distance to almost everything. Stayed there five times so far. Friendly staff and very clean.

We booked that has king size bed. The room was big and included a pull out bed (which we did not request, I'm thinking this is pretty standard for rooms with king size bed) The bed was very comfortable and had standard pillows. Other hotels we have stayed at before had little pillows. Guest service always available. We were there for a volleyball tournament. I requested that we have rooms next to each other. Our room was at one end while the other teams had rooms right next to each other. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. It was great that the hotel shuttle was able to bring the players to the venue and back to the hotel.

We stayed here for the pool in the hot tub for spring break. The pool heater was not operational. Area around pool was not monitored by staff so using the hot tub was not pleasant given the poor behavior of other guess. Both mornings the breakfast was burned.

We went to First Interstate Center for the Arts to see a play which is an 8 minute easy walk from the hotel. Play started at 8 p.m. and ended at 11 p.m. and it's completely safe to walk at night. Also took in the Spokane Falls and shopping at Uncles (games), Aunties (books), and the new Lego store. All an easy walk from the Hotel which took away the stress of driving--hotel has Free parking! Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Also, it's nice to have a microwave, frig and indoor pool!
