"Fantastic stay. Easy walk from the port after arriving in the ferry and they have a complimentary luggage transport service. Beautiful pool and beach area with poolside restaurant and swim up bar. Includes breakfast buffet was incredible with an ocean view. Booked a boat trip via the concierge service to the caves and left and returned to the hotel dock. Staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. Had a delightful stay and hope to be back! "

"This hotel is wonderful. The location is so good. It is peaceful and relaxing. Having your own beachfront was wonderful. The views are gorgeous. We enjoyed a few days here mid holiday and it was a wonderful break. Theres not a lot in the town but this resort is worth staying at. You can walk to town but not with bags ifv it's hot. Only negative was the price of taxis to town and lack of uber. ( not the hotels fault)"

"We stayed 3 nights, the room is pretty small. Hotel location is excellent, right next to the water where the ferry comes in and walkable to many restaurants. "

"Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. "
