"The owner here, Branco, is a great guy and very helpful. The only problem is that the property is about a mile or so from the Hvar Old Town so you either have to rent a car or walk the whole distance, which isn't terribly safe. The hotel has two small swimming pools but nothing was entirely open when I stayed there in late April. Apparently, things really heat up during the summer where I imagine there are more things to do."

"The property was beautiful and the view was one of the prettiest we have ever seen. The pool and beach areas were lovely and maintained impeccably! The massage we had was great ! Additionally the wellness facilities were wonderful, however, they do charge to use that even if you book a service. The only drawbacks were that there are only a few restaurants nearby, however, they were all good especially Lupa and the smaller Italian restaurant attached to Bar None had the best gnocchi ever! "This was a perfect location for a visit to Hvar if you don’t want to be on the beach. We were amongst all the historical and beautiful cobblestone streets and within steps of the waterfront, the old city, etc. Hvar is not very big, so everything is easy to get to. The room was small, but efficient. There was a decent size closet and a small desk, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was lovely on the outside patio.
