"$20 fee to park overnight seems excessive! Bar and restaurant both onsite, but neither serves food until 5 pm in the evening. We had an event to go to which meant leaving the hotel at 5 to get there so had to leave even earlier to stop for a quick dinner on the way. Would have much preferred relaxing at the bar with light bites before rushing off to our event. Also, no place in the lobby to grab a coffee before heading out the next morning. Very odd layout to the building. Many steps required to get to the elevator and then our room which might be a concern for some guests."

"The "Expedia" room had not been cleaned in over 2 months, the tub and sink were rusty, the clocks were an hour behind leading us to the two month guess. Noisy first floor room BUT HERE’S THE WORST THING: NO HOT WATER. We begged to be moved to another floor and with reluctance we were. NO HOT WATER ON THE 4th floor either. STAY ONLY IF YOU CAN'T FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Breakfast was powdered eggs and everything else was full of sugar - no sugarfree yogurt, no sugarfree oatmeal, no sugarfree juice, etc. The fresh apples were good though."

"The hotel is not in great shape, the breakfast is minimal at best, and they wanted to charge us extra to check in a few hours early even though our room was ready. Not impressed and won’t be back. "

"Room wasn’t very clean. Wires hanging out of air conditioner. Ac wouldn’t work on auto. Alerted staff they came up said it had to be on auto and left. That didn’t work so I switched it back to on. My husband has severe asthma and ended up taking him to urgent care that morning because it got to hot in the room that night and we couldn’t get his breathing under control even after using his inhaler and breathing treatments. "

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, comfortable beds, typical continental breakfast but it was good. Friendly staff. We will stay here again when in town. "
