"My best friend and I had 2 days of peace and quiet except for the birds. It was exactly what we were looking for. We so enjoyed our coffee on the porch. It was a short distance to the river and a very nice place to fish and/or picnic. We have never been treated as well at any other cabins. Fresh eggs and just picked spinach? Doesn't get any better. Inside the cabin was great. The a/c worked great, the water was hot and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend and already...

"We fell in love with this property from the moment we opened the doors. It was perfect for our family. We were supposed to go fishing, but mother nature reared her head and it rained. The lodge was amazing with so much space and areas to relax. There was room for all of us to play games together or break off for pool, shuffle board or ping pong. The covered areas outside were a real blessing with the rain we had. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for longer than a weekend!"
