Nice place, reasonably priced!

Oh, I love this hotel and if I get the chance to stay here again, I will jump at it. Things didn't go great at check in. We were there for a busy event at the convention center and the hotel was oversold. So even though we had a reservation, we didn't have a room. The team immediately had a reservation for us for 1 night nearby, and they had us back in to the Omni early the next day. They also sent us a delicious charcuterie board. We feel that they worked hard to make things right and make us feel special. The room was large, and the pillows and bed were super comfortable. The property is attached to the convention center and so it was wonderful to be able to walk straight there, without going out into the heat. There are lots of good restaurants right there too, so you really never need to leave. There are a lot of amenities right on site. A beautiful spa, well equipped workout room, and a pool deck with an infinity pool that looks back onto pool deck, not over side of the building. We feel very positive about our experience here, and would absolutely recommend this hotel, and are looking forward to our next stay. Pro tip: Omni members get free wifi
