My husband visited with his older, partially disabled, brother and his wife - specifically to see the 80th anniversary celebrations of the Dambusters raid.
On arrival they were greeted so very warmly by the proprietor Christine and shown to the accessible bedroom, which was perfect - a very large room on the level with easy access to the main hotel and dining room. Everything in the room was designed to assist the disabled and Christine couldn’t do enough to get them settled and comfortable. My husbands room was also very comfortable and quite large. The food was prepared by the equally helpful and pleasant Jane and was really delicious and cooked to order - breakfasts and evening meals were thoroughly enjoyed by all three of them. This hotel was a fantastic find, and the overall lasting impression was of how wonderfully helpful and empathetic both Christine and Jane were, and of the quality and value of the delicious food. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough, and thank the ladies for their care and effort
