"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower.
We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"I had a good stay here, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The location was easily accessible from airport (train to Roma station and a few blocks to walk from there) and easy to get around Brisbane from here as well. The closest grocery store was closed on the weekend, but there was a mini store right next to hotel with essentials. Overall, a good stay and I would certainly stay here again. "
