"This is a fantastic hotel in Newcastle, great location near bars restaurants and 6mins fom the station. Staff are fabulous ànd the bar area is very appealing with outside seating. Prices are reasonable as well. "

"Lovely period hotel with good decor and clean throughout; staff also friendly and helpful. Only minor gripes were noisy creaking floorboards in room above and inability to get on the Wi-Fi. Gave a low ecofriendly score as unable to reduce room temperature (other than opening a window) and shower gel and shampoo in individual disposable bottles. Great place to stay though :-)"
