Just that there is no one at the reception in the morning like we stayed for 2 nights. After 1 night I had questions and there was no one to talk to and the next day after checkout when we wanted to exit the gate and the automatic control was not working it had to be manually controlled and there was no one for that. We had to ask someone in the cafe to help out in that.

Great hotel for outdoorsy people, excellent location, welcoming staff in the hotel, bar and cafe. Only one thing missing - a dry room would make a lot of sense since the people staying there will most likely need to dry stuff!

My stay was really enjoyable overall. Bedding wasn't extraordinary, probably my only complaint overall. The staff is amazing and really friendly! Highly recommended, especially if you're into outdoors and hiking.

Didn't get the chance to stay, no one notified me that the hotel cancelled the booking due to no electric or hot water, so can't comment on the hotel, however communication was non existant as I travelled to the hotel and wasxtold at reception the booking was cancelled. The receptionist said she notified Expedia and Expedia said they cant find a record of the call...just waiting for refund

Location, room and view were all good. Room was nice and clean with decent tea/coffee. But the adjoining cafe for breakfast was expensive : £6:95 for a bowl of porridge. And they had no continental breakfast option. The adjacent bar only served meals (burgers) on weekends.
