This is the second time I've stayed here. The rooms are a great size and there's ample room to spread out. We stayed a bit longer this time and made use of the (free!) laundry facilities. The staff are just delightful - the women at the front desk and the women making up the rooms were really helpful and accommodating, lovely with my daughter.

Quiet & discreet, luxe decor and great service.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew this Motel would be great. The owner was so lovely - I couldn't seem to get my key to open the door and she came straight to help me. The room, including bathroom, was extremely clean, it was warm, cozy and it had a spa bath, which was an added bonus. The owner was friendly every time I saw her. I stay in a lot of Motels and other accommodation and this was definitely one of the best - and the price was better than most Motels! Thanks!

Nice and quiet. Warm which is what you want in Invercargill in the winter. Repeat visitor and would go back again

The hotel rooms were newly renovated. The bathrooms were modern and clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, spacious room with everything we needed. The hotel had excellent parking options, was so convenient too. Lots of dining options and great views from the rooftop bar

Friendly helpful team.

There were laz-boy couch in the lounge which very comfortable.

Nice place to stay would stay again if in Invercargill. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would recommend.

Super facility. Room was very spacious. Nice having the 2 floors. Kitchen was very well appointed.

Great stay, very comfortable and tidy!

It was very clean and didn’t take long to warm up. We liked the fact we could bring our two dogs along too for the stay

Room was spacious and spotless. It’s in a heritage building with a lot of character. The rooms are modern and have all amenities, like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and provided good local knowledge. I can’t fault this Quest apartment.

Room was clean and nice staff

Lovely spot and easy to get to and from town, restaurants and the Burt Munro rally. Motel owner kindly dropped us off at a venue which was appreciated as the weather was not kind.
