"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "

"The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable too. We ate in the dining room for lunch and Sunday Brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The smaller pool we were close to was clean but they could use more umbrellas. Overall—a very enjoyable stay."

"The door locking system went down in the middle of the night. I am sure it was an inconvenience for those who were locked out of their rooms. "

"Booked a double double room on Expedia and once again I got an ADA room. Not sure why this keeps happening but in the present case we were given room 101. This room opens onto the lobby area and right in front of the elevator. So you hear everybody coming and going and saying good night all night. We also heard the lobby/restaurant furniture being moved during the night. Given it was one night we tried making the best of it but this room is the worse possible place to stay if you want to sleep. At least the noisy AC drowned out the music coming from the nightclub across the street. Beyond that there were no towels at the pool and only one at the front desk for two of us to share. Staff were all nice but breakfast was just OK. This is an older property and we’ve stayed here before when visiting but there are other options in the area. So last time."

"The hotel was like spring break central, not the vibe we were going for with our 14 and 10 year old. The room was nice and big and the balcony was cool, but definitely a party hotel, not a place to chill quietly and read by the pool while kids play. We didn’t even recognize one song that they played LOUDLY all afternoon and were pretty well-versed on our genres. Overall, wasn’t terrible but we wouldn’t stay here again. Good location in Palm Springs, if you’re young and hip and looking to party. "
