"Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Having a garage big enough for 2 standard SUVs and room for 4 bikes was very nice. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and enough towels for 3 people for 3 nights. Finding and getting into the property was very easy (we never actually went through the front door, just garage). We didn’t use the laundry but it was nice to have. "

"This home was in a beautiful location of Utah, close to Arches and Canyonlands parks. The neighborhood and the home felt safe and secure. We found the furnishings delightful and comfortable, and we enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. Moab is nearby and offers several choices of restaurants and has a small but well stocked grocery store. "

"Clean, fantastic communication. They even checked in via text and sent check in and check out instructions independently so I didn't have to go find the original email. The house had everything and more that we needed. I may have misunderstood the bathroom situation a bit, but just know the second "hall" bath is over off the laundry area a bit away from the two bedrooms. There is a full bath as well right by the two bedrooms too. It wasn't an issue though, as it was still a full smaller bath with shower, while the other hall bath has a tub which was perfect for bathing the little one in the group. The patio is very nice and has a gate, so your pup can't escape if he gets out the door. Everything was great!"

"Overall this is a very nice property, the home is spacious, comfy and quiet, however, it could use a little TLC as we experienced a few issues upon arrival and during our stay. Debbie & Jay were very responsive to the issues we brought to their attention. The issues included things like the missing garage door opener, broken patio screen door and patio chaise lounge chair; broken sprayer on kitchen faucet nozzle, broken drain plugs in the master bath sink(s) and missing soap dispenser door on dishwasher. The pool towels are less than to be desired and should be replaced."
