"The room was clean, but it was not what we expected. No amenities, no bathtub, just a tiny shower and the shower rod fell in the middle of the night waking us up. It gave us somewhere to sleep, had a tiny amount of coffee in the am and a fridge, but no ice. So, be prepared for the bare minimum but clean."

"This place was just awesome. I’ve had some disappointments in the past. But not at the Moab Pearl. It was exactly as presented if not better. Great views easy access to town, nice privacy. The kitchen, dining and living room is huge and could easily accommodate 6-7 people. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The host is super professional and was on top of things from the get go. This place was so nice my brother wants to come back and stay there with his wife. I highly recommend this place."

"Overall great stay for our family with little children. Our kids loved the pool area. We enjoyed the bbq grill, very clean pool restrooms and clean pool/hot tub. Only Con was noticing the amount of dog hairs in the main bedroom. So many dog hairs all over the carpet, chairs, bed and pillows. Our socks were covered in dog hairs. I tried to vacuum, but unfortunately the vacuum was broken (spinners wouldn’t pick up any hairs) so I used the wand as best as I could. We contacted our host, also sent pictures and someone responded immediately and apologized. They sent cleaners the next day and replaced our linens. This was the only issue we had. Stayed for a full week (Fri. thru Fri.) and we were lucky to enjoy afternoons with few people in the pool area. Location and parking were perfect. We would recommend this resort and hopefully make a trip back."
