"I cannot say enough good things about this stay. The price? Omg…it was less than $50 a night and we literally had a two room cabin with two bathrooms! I would 1000% stay here again! Moab is HOT…the air conditioning was superb!!"

"This was a great property to stay . We met family in from out of state . The boys did 4x4 stuff and us ladies stayed by the pool and read a book . I will say next time we need to bring some umbrellas ."

"The place was awesome. The host James was prompt and easy to find when we had questions. He was so friendly and made my entire family feel like we were the only ones at the place. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need. And the living room was comfortable. The pools were great and we used them both and the hot tubs everyday. You’re a bit out of town but that made the place quiet and the stars incredible if you walked away from the pool. Check in and out was incredibly easy. Our only complaint is that there is no shade at the pool except for over one of the hot tubs which at 104 outside wasn’t always desired. We had ended up purchasing some umbrellas in town and Frank lent us rope so we could tie them up. The only other suggestion we had was it was hard for all 32 of us to hang out together for dinners because there wasn’t a central hang out area in the shade or inside. We would all stay here again as the place is clean, nice, and exactly what we’d need."

"Always my go to place when I’m in Moab. This is the second time we’ve booked this VRBO The unit is always clean, neat and well taken care of. The one time we did have a maintenance issue. It was handled while we were out and came back to a working ceiling fan when we got home. The communication with the entire management team is the best. I recommend this place to everybody that asked me."
