"Great location, decent property"

"The property was comfortable in a quiet area with a short drive to Moab. Great home base for Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was stocked with adequate cooking equipment and drip coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The house was tidy but would suggest a deep cleaning soon especially in the kitchen and patio areas. There was an overpowering air freshener smell upon arrival. Overall a good experience."

"We had a wonderful stay here in mid-April. The location was beautiful, quiet, and convenient to town. We really appreciated using the hot tub every night after hard days of hiking and exploring. The level 2, 220v vehicle charger (with a J1772 connection) worked perfectly to charge our Rivian R1S overnight. You cannot pull into the garage, but the charging outlet is at the front left corner of it, so the cord was able to reach going under the garage door. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the door lock. Overall, a great stay-- would rent here again."

"This is a very quiet, cozy, pet friendly place close to trails, town, and a gas station. We were able to ride our side by side from the condo to some of the trails. Easy walk to see the sunset on the rocks. Plenty of parking on the street for trailers. Very clean. The VRBO was very accommodating, very quick to respond to any of our communications. We had a great time. No complaints. "

"Great place to stay in Moab! Very nice furnishings, wonderfully stocked kitchen, great property management communications, and a scenic location on the beautiful golf course. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and soft, and I was very impressed that they had extra egg-crate style mattress pads you could add to the bed if you needed more softness! They were speaking our language. (We find that 99% of mattresses are too hard for us when we travel, so this was a fabulous surprise.)Spotty/low signal wifi was the only thing we found that could be improved, but other than that, it was very nice! Thank you for a great stay. "
