Our coffee maker was dirty, floors felt dirty first floor and second floor too !one of the bathrooms was not cleaned, around the sink and you can see the toilet seat marked 😐"

The home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental.The location was ideal, offering proximity to town while remaining secluded enough to avoid noise from the main street. We particularly enjoyed taking the back roads and encountering the local wildlife. The house itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. As a photographer, I found the artwork and photos throughout the home to be truly inspiring, and the sunrise and sunset views over the hillsides were breathtaking.Thank you for your excellent management and service. "Loved it! Had 8 twin beds, a queen, a king, a big couch, and a lot of bean bags. Fireplace was perfect for cold nights, as was the hot tub. Plenty of bedding and towels for everyone, clear instructions and easy entrance. Pretty good location, loved walking around the golf course in the evenings and being able to drive to Moab within 10ish minutes. Plenty of community parking if you have multiple cars! The response team could have been more attentive, but since we didn’t have any needs, it went well!"
