"We had 2 rooms - The rooms both had horrible internet and no hot water. We were not happy but Caitlan saved the day and gave us breakfast for 4. The place was clean and very nice. Thank God for people like Caitlan '"

"Good resort, no frills, close to universal, easy shuttle. Nice pool for relaxing with the kids. It's not a fancy place, but does the job, easy parking in the garage (costs extra). Overall, thought it worked great for what we needed. "
