" Check-in was quick. Also, the request for clean bed linen from the housekeeper in the hallway was quick, because the sheet had black marks on one side. The breakfast employees were helpful. Each employee was great. Would have liked more TV channels."

"This was our 1st Drury Hotel stay. The 5:30pm Kickback was definitely a bonus. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. Someone was always cleaning and tidying up, which is important to us! We had one of the best night's sleep & really appreciate the comfy beds and quiet rooms. "

They even helped a family with multiple children get everything that they needed. It was lovely to see that type of kindness in this world. The only tough thing was one of the exterior doors stuck when trying to open with a key card and didn’t work - which just helped us get our steps in for the day. "
