"We had the best time staying at Mother Allie’s house. It was like stepping back in time and we got to learn all about her legacy. We enjoyed the decorations, documents, photos, and cookbooks. We highly recommend staying at this clean, comfortable, and historic home. Also Courtney was awesome and responsive in providing information about the house and ideas of what to do in the surrounding area. Thank you! "

"The rooms were clean and well equipped. The fixtures, i.e. bathroom door needed repair, adjoining room door would not properly lock all the way, temperature control was cracked, needed to be updated or repaired. The staff at breakfast were amazing!!!! Very friendly, very open to helping, very inviting. Most the staff were great!!! It was noisy being so close to the highway, so you will need to request the opposite side of your are a light sleeper. Overall, due to the staff being amazing, I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.. most the time you stay at the hotel for a night or two and just sleep there. "
