"Lily at the front desk was friendly and helpful at checkin. The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. The breakfast was very sparse with vending machines empty, the pancake maker did not work though there were syrup packets and paper plates in the garbarge, no fruit, and was out of coffee creamer after Christmas day. Person behind the desk Christmas day seemed uncaring even though it was Christmas day and everything was closed."
