Do not stay here. The room was extremely dirty. The bed had an enormous wet yellow stain on the mattress. It had soaked through the sheets the hotel put over it to cover it up. When we called the front desk their only solution was to give us new sheets to put on the bed ourselves. They offered a discount, but we were charged the full rate a few days after.

Night one we were locked out our room for an hour and a half @3am. The assistant manager found it funny that we were stuck outside our room, sitting on the floor while she gave the night desk keeper poor directions to get our door open. NICKI thought that our belongings being stuck in the toom was a laughing matter and it was unacceptable. Our room had a bug when we checked in and belongings from past visitors still in the room. Had to ask for new towels and wash clothes because they weren’t brought.

The breakfast staff was excellent!!! They greeted every person that walked in and said goodbye when they left. They just don't have enough staff to clean the rooms every day. That was weird. But everyone, including front desk os always freindly and helpful. This is the second time Ive stayed there with my family and Ill probably stay again.

The staff were very friendly and the overall condition of this hotel was good. The location was great for our trip to Wild Adventures. The price for the room was reasonable. I have stayed here twice before and i plan to stay again on our next trip to Valdosta.
