"For starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund."

I was not able to get into the hotel. They took my money and then left me stranded. I had to rebook another hotel last minute and I was not given a refund on this place"
