"I travelled to Melbourne with my sister and 2 friends for the weekend so the accommodation was perfect for us. It was as advertised, the location was great and the free undercover allocated carpark and lift was great. The only problem was that the lift broke down on the Saturday, we coped with climbing the 3 flights of stairs a couple of times on the Saturday (we are not young) but were concerned about getting our luggage down the stairs when we left on the Sunday. "Great location right near a peaceful beach! Nice restaurants nearby; also train station. Worked really well for our stay to visit family. "

"New condition, coffee machine leaking could not use. floor didn't seem totally clean, but generally clean, nice bedsheets etc were clean. broken piece wood over laundry door area, facilities ok. Foxtel, Netflix but no free to air tv. Parking extra $15 but stacker which can break down, so did not risk. Street Parking is only 1 Hour limit, so had to take a risk over the weekend, which many people did, not good at all. Staff were nice. had to let us in by appointment."
