"The front desk staff who checked me in would be better suited in the back office. Suggest soft human skills training. The location is convenient and safe. But why offer coffee filters when there is no coffee machine in sight!? I would consider returning, maybe."

The bra staff were great and the pool is amazing. My kids had the best time. So much so that I’ve made the decision to switch all of our corporate reservations to Sheraton hotels going forward."

"Across the street from the airport and the restaurant serves dinner after 10:30, which was unexpected and great! Efficient and clean and opted to walk to the airport instead of taking the shuttle, which was packed and not as frequent as I would have wanted. But the hotel was great!"
