"Lights in room hallway not working and bulk soap dispenser had fell off wall prior to arrival. Easy to park and safe place."

"I wanted to to check in 1 1/2 hours early. I didn't want to go to the room, just check in before i went to some meeting i had, not even, the bathroom tub tap was so hard to tune on, the breakfast was poor at best i wont be coming back i need to be in Idaho Falls ever 2 month for 2 night for work, i know the hotel is dated but you could do better"

"Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean. Hit breakfast was nice with lots of options. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Our room seemed clean at first, but we later found mold in the tub, a large hole in the bathroom ceiling (as well as a huge hole in the ceiling in the hallway), the floor was dirty and gritty, and the bed sheets had a rip. We stayed because we were at an event at the hotel, but didn't enjoy our room. The pool was located nearby and there was a student event also happening and it was very loud. Breakfast was great, but super crowded. Could be a nice place, but it's very run down."
