"The hotel is advertised as having a "buffet-style breakfast" at the restaurant. However, upon arrival, the restaurant, named "Trofi" is not even there? The signage is, but, upon arrival, i received a menu from "Redds Grille." Not only did i not receive a buffet-style brrakfast, i received a breakfast burrito (as ordered) that was smaller than McDonalds. As well, i received a 4 oz glass of orange juice, that i was told could not be refilled. Then, we move on to the pool area. The sauna and steam room, neither worked, and the restrooms were out of order. The room was decent, however, pretty mucb every station but news was frozen. While i realize they have satellite, the weather was 78 degrees, and no wind. Inexcusable. "

"Friendly front desk. Very clean room and easy access to personal accounts for Netflix or Prime through their Direct TV. My ONLY complaint were the uncomfortable pillows."
