"The hotel was closed and boarded up when we arrived. Even though it let us check in and select our room online that day. Expedia couldn’t confirm it was closed with Hilton and put me through hours of customer service calls so I couldn’t get transferred to the department that rebooks. Had to squeeze in to a teammate’s room reservation as everything was booked in the area. No one In Our group of 6 reservations was notified the hotel closed 2-3 weeks prior. Expedia did. Nothing to compensate me. "

"This is our second stay and we love the kitchenette and quiet area of the hotel. Comfy beds and in room Dove products are great. Gas, shopping and plenty of food options are nearby."
