The property is always spotlessly clean and pleasantly quiet, and the staff provide excellent customer service throughout our stay. We always pick this hotel when visiting relatives in Southampton because of its unbeatable convenience. It’s perfectly located near the city centre, Pure Gym, the cinema, and major shopping spots, making everything easily accessible. The breakfast selection is also great and great value too. As regular guests, we would be grateful if the manager might consider offering a 10% discount on future stays to reward our loyalty. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon! "Was quite disappointed with the continental breakfast what was given wasn’t what was on the picture no baguette looked dry and stale, The bedrooms didn’t have plug sockets by the bed to charge your phone they was all by the tv, The cleanliness of the rooms was good and had clean towels and bedding. "

"Pubic hair in shower otherwise room clean. A good view for a cheaper room. Very spacious room with nice furniture. Jacuzzi not working, stairs to pool feel dangerous. Bar was a nice area in evening for a drink or two. Breakfast had a lot of choice but hot food was almost cold which was a shame, buffets need refreshing. Roast potatoes in breakfast? If you remove the American hash browns from the English breakfast at least put bubble and squeak on. All staff interactions were great. "
