The Space:
A Little Bit of Bliss by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful countryside of Southampton, just outside Balingup, only 2.5hrs away from Perth, accessible via Forrest Highway and Kwinana Freeway/State Route 2.

This tiny home is perched on the edge of a serene blue gum forest, offering stunning views of the expansive pine forest nearby. It's one of the best holiday homes in Western Australia, located close to towns like Balingup, renowned for its Annual Medieval Carnivale, held on the last weekend of August. In addition to this event, Balingup offers local cafes with excellent coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

For those seeking adventure, Golden Valley Tree Park features scenic walking trails and picturesque picnic spots.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

If you plan to spend your farm stay WA escapes here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas.

What's more, we are happy to rent out our personal caravan for people with families. We can rent that out at $50 per night. They will need to bring their own bedding though. Please pay directly to the land host.

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We don't have any pets, but occasionally, our neighbors' cows may wander onto our property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

A nice get away

First of all the cabin is nice.Power description of where and how inadequate have to walk through long tinder dry long grass. It should be cleared all around the cabin and anywhere we might need to go such as turning on the electricity. The toilet water for 1 st day then no water for rest of stay. We were there 4 nights. Instructions told us the toilet would be emptied after 2 days. No one came the whole time.Where the cabin is located is a severe fire hazard. Obviously the owners/manager have not been there to maintain for a long time.Sorry for the complaints but need to be said
