"The hotel is located in a great spot and it was easy to get around, but there were some things lacking. The hotel is fairly clean, but could certainly use an update. Getting in and out of the parking deck was overly complicated. Vending machines were empty and a general lack of amenities."
"Great location. I only wish it had more of an arrival experience- no desk, no desk, no lobby personnel - a personal connection help make an experience."
"This is a former Best Western that’s now under new management. The common spaces are mostly redone, but the rooms need a THOROUGH cleaning and revamping before they should be letting people stay in them. Our room was clean to the best of their ability, but still had graffiti on the bathroom wall, torn carpet, old stains on the coverlet, tape on the mirror where the frame broke, AND it smelled - it was a bit of a disaster. At least we only needed one night! "

"Check in was easy and quick. The only thing that was hard to figure out was where the ice was located. By the way it was the even floors apparently. Breakfast was great and for the location and what you got good luck finding something better for the price. Check out was also very easy and parking was ample. The only difficulty was the access to the garage was on one side and if you missed it and I did it was a lot of circling to get back to it and Google maps was not smart enough to help.
My fiancé and I went to Bertucci’s for dinner which was a 5 minute walk and it was on par with many top dollar Italian restaurants. We then went into Boston for a cruise of the harbor and it was simple to get in and out. So this is a perfect option to stay just outside Boston and still enjoy Boston. "
"Great location! Concierge desk really helpful for getting tickets to View and other providing information. Starbucks on premises was great.
It took us a while to figure out elevators, but once we did
we appreciated how efficient the system was.
