"The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Cardiff. The staff our lovely from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was top notch and the hotel has an amazing view of the city. "

Only thing is I would suggest booking direct with hotel as I discovered that hotels.com add additional charges so the stay cost me over £60.00 more than if I had booked direct. I have tried to query the over charges but hotel.com have not been very helpfu"
