"Building work was going on but we were aware of that before arriving. We didn’t like the QRcode ordering from the decking. Lacked the personal touch we found at a previous stay"

"I loved the hotel and it was a bargain price, no fault with it at all. The lady on reception was lovely, only thing that i thought "oh ok then" was when i saw the room cleaners in the corridor when i was leaving ,i smiled at him and saod mornkng, he just looked at me and didnt say a thing, but its early and hes at work so i cant blame him 😀 "
