"Oddly sweet smell everywhere. This smell was overwhelming and made me wonder what it was covering up. It got in our clothes and even my CPAP machine. I had to change all the hoses. Other than that , it was unremarkable and a good deal for the price. Nothing fancy."

"Room was absolutely horrid and filthy, check in was a huge hassle. I own a cleaning company and not once were they professional and tried to even make things right. Not once was I offered a clean room, or something to make up for it. Just a refund and get out, completely unprofessional. I spent the last of our money on this hotel for work just to have to find a new place for us to sleep. I will NEVER stay here again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Hopefully the family checking in got a cleaner room than us? 🙃 These people clearly take 0 pride in their hotel or its guests. I have 1 picture of 11+ hairs in one section of the room. That’s just one picture, they didn’t even bother to try to clean. Disgusting."

" A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport! In my last call to the hotel, they told me they couldn't even contact the driver of the shuttle and did not know where they were. No apology or explanation afterwards. If a service is not available, don't advertise it and don't falsely lead customers to believe it is there. Lastly, a simple apology goes a long way, but no apology goes further. I would never stay here again and recommend all to be wary."

"This place was clean and in very good condition. I would stay there again. I would suggest the restaurant lounge stay open later that 10pm and they couuld consider adding EV chargers in the parking lot"
