NEW! Villas de Laguna 4 (3-Bedroom Townhouse) with Pool - Pets Allowed
On South Padre Island, new and sleeps 10 rarely appear in the same listing
without a price that rules out half the group. Villas de Laguna is the
exception. Finished in 2025, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath two-level
townhome gives you near new construction — quartz counters, stainless, open-
concept living — sleeping 10 without an airbed, two blocks from the beach with
the bay directly across the street. One of just four units in this quiet
complex at 5100 Laguna Blvd.
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — pots, pans, blender, all utensils —
and opens directly into the living area.
All beds have clean, crisp white towels and linens, and the tankless water
heating system eliminates the wait for a hot shower. Worth noting: the kitchen
is well-equipped but not oversized, and there is no dishwasher is in place.
A starter supply of coffee, creamer, sweetener, decaf, and tea is provided
along with hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, non-
stick cooking spray, and salt and pepper; none of it is replenished, so plan
accordingly.

Walk to Coral Reef, Big Donkey Mexican Cantina, Blackbeard’s, and more — and
the bay across the street means fishing from shore at the end of the block for
your children or adults to wet a line
SLEEPING (Up to 10 Guests)
The ground floor master has a King bed with a very nice all new tile en suite
full bath and walk-in all-tile shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has two
full beds and the third bedroom — the bunkroom — carries two built-in queen-
sized bunks. Those two upstairs rooms connect through a jack-and-jill full
bath with walk-in tile shower, so neither bedroom has to go through a hallway
to reach it. A Queen airbed with pump is available if needed just bring
bedding if you plan on using that. Ten guests is the maximum, and that number
includes infants and babies.
THE OUTDOORS
There is a small space out front to relax outside the unit. The complex has a
small fenced pool with lounge chairs, and heat is available November through
April for an additional fee — details in Policies.
Community charcoal BBQ pits are available by the street on a first-come,
first-serve basis; bring your own charcoal. Beach gear is not provided, but a
vendor on the sand rents two chairs and an umbrella for $45 cash per day — no
reservation, just show up.
PARKING
Two off-street spaces come with the rental at no charge — a golf cart counts
as one vehicle, and street parking is available nearby for overflow. Unlike
the hotels on this island, parking here costs nothing.
High-speed WiFi is included. Spectrum is the only provider on South Padre and
service can be inconsistent — if you have work that truly cannot wait, bring a
cell hotspot as backup.
If the SouthPadreTrips network does not appear, a power outage may have
defaulted the router; the original credentials are on a sticker on top of the
unit, and a quick unplug-replug typically restores it.
PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome for a small additional fee — please read all house
rules before booking if you plan to bring an animal, as specific requirements
apply.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area, on furniture, or left alone to bark.
Please clean up after your pet or a charge will follow if you do not pick up
dropping. Undisclosed pets result in eviction, so please be upfront.
We have all units in this complex and others nearby — if your group needs more
than one place, ask us. We are happy to work it out and also have many other

Reduced rates for off-season stays (September 2 – December 22), veterans and

POLICIES
Primary guest must be 23 or older and must be present at check-in. If you are
under 23, reach out before booking — it is sometimes possible with additional
requirements but not guaranteed. A signed digital rental agreement and valid
photo ID are required before check-in; door codes are not released without
both. Strict cancellation policy applies. No unregistered guests, no extra
vehicles. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. This is not a
party property — we appreciate your understanding and please note we do
security patrol the property at night for too many cars, people, etc.
Pool heat runs $25 per day and is billed after booking. You must agree to pay
for the heat for your entire stay. Plan for up to 8 hours for the pool to
reach temperature, so requesting it the day before arrival gives you the best
result. Below 65°F outdoors, we have found the pool heat will not warm it up a
ton
