My only complaint was it was very windy and caused a lot of excess garbage in the main walkways. The dumpster also had a very foul odor every time we would walk by for beach access. Breakfast was great although difficult to find a seat on a Monday and Tuesday morning. Room was quiet and clean. Have stayed here before and plan to stay again in the future.

The motel could use an update. Our room was clean but the bathroom was out of date and as a result grout was missing on some tiles. The toilet was functional but again in need of an upgrade. My biggest gripe is with quiet time. Many motel guests seemed to be inconsiderate of others wanting to sleep. This included playing loud music past 1AM from boom boxes and from parked cars with rolled down windows. Also lots of loud talking outside guests doors past 1AM almost every night. The entry doors on all the rooms are missing the bottom gaskets which would reduce some of the noise. One plus for this motel is the morning breakfast staff. They were very helpful and some were quite entertaining, which made for a great start to the day.

The rooms are a little run down, such as baseboards chewed up, toilet running all night unless you jiggle the handle every time. We were assigned 2 rooms right by the pools and it was extremely noisy the first night until 11:00pm. Thankfully weather limited the pool noise the other two nights. Breakfast was good, especially appreciated the hard boiled eggs. Some flavored creamer would be appreciated. For the price it was fine for our needs.

There was some wiring on the floor. Toilet had been used and toilet paper remaining in the bowl when we arrived. Assuming maintenance had been in the room. Otherwise beds were comfortable.
