"CLEAN & Friendly !! The room was spacious and spotless clean. The hotel room and the grounds are well maintained. All of the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast was on the limited option side. The only issue we had was the door to the court yard deadbolt was misaligned. It would not lock. The door to the parking area was in working order. Should the opportunity arise in the future we will stay here again most likely next summer. There is also a great Tai restaurant across the street. "

"Breakfast was not fresh, at least for the potatoes. You can tell they were made the day before and reserved. If you get then the first day they are crisp and nice but on day 2 they are just gross. Eggs look like they cane out of a carton, ham was ok. They do have waffles, bannanas, and juice and milk. The hotel needs some repairs but it is always a nice stay on the coast. We stayed in the top floor room and had a great veiw of the ocean plus the fancy outaude chairs. This is our 4th time here and for the price we will be back. "

"What a pleasant surprise! Needed this in a pinch when our expected stay at Bandon Dunes Resort was altered. Room was great, staff was great, location was great...a lifesaver. Also, noted there were lots of cars with golf clubs in the parking lot, so this might be a great, cost-effective, alternative to the Bandon Dunes Resort."

"Staff was great, the room was spotless. We stayed in an 'ocean view' room...we could look out our window and it was like sitting on the beach! Great view. Close to restaurants and nearby Old Town. Looking forward to another trip."

"Ocean Suites Motel was the best motel we've stayed at. The room was clean and had everything there that we needed. It was like staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Susan was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
