For a motel, this place is well above average. Rooms are clean, including microwave and fridge. Coffee provided in rooms is very bland but at least the coffee maker is clean. View of the river is amazing, top class really. Pool and sauna are great although I could not do the latter as it takes a while for it to heat up. Did not have food at the restaurant across the street due to the poor reviews but had drinks there which were great. I spent $80 for a night which I think was absolutely worth it value wise. Bonus tip, if you drive an EV there are Tesla destination chargers here you can use- It was great to hit the road with a full charge!

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was updated and warm. The heaters and the refrigerator were quiet. The bed was too firm and interfered with a good night's sleep. My friends, also staying the the resort, reported lack of sleep due to the firmness of their beds. The view was very nice!

Stopped at Jots for one night on a roadtrip home with our dog. It’s an older place but has been updated and is nice, clean and staff are great! We had an isssue with our first room and they sorted it out right away with no issues. Restaurant nearby is delicious! Would stay again.

We had a very nice room which had been redone recently. Outstanding view of the water and a nice balcony. Only issue we had 3rd floor no elevator, but totally worth it. Couldn't beat the price.

I feel like the people are what make the property. Once you leave the friendly staff and enter your room, it instantly feels like you made a mistake. The room is not clean by any means, smudges on mirrors and sliding glass door, walls that are stained, doors are scratched up, security locks are broken at the stud. It feels like a 1.5 star motel. That being said, staff was very friendly and accommodating. They smiled and were very welcoming, professional, and made sure all was well. So overall, id say this is an older owned property with perhaps people that care but perhaps dont have the funds to keep up the property to standards that make it feel safe.
