"The hot tub was not working pretty lame"

"The room was very clean and smelled like it. It was tastefully done especially for a motel. The only issue I saw was the light/ fan in the bathroom didn't work (it appeared like it was being replaced but wasn't finished). However there was a light over the tub. I would have given this a 5 star but I was not impressed with the "breakfast". I also wasn't informed what was available and where it was. Another guest showed us what there was. I recommend staying there and the price was reasonable."

"The room had a terrible odor. Beds were comfortable. No A/C in the rooms so we had to leave the sliding door open. The pool was fun for kids but the hot tub is COLD. The place is really run down. It's a 2 star motel, next to an RV park and don't be fooled by the picture of the ocean. this is NOT in Brookings. Not much in this immediate area. I do think breakfast is a great start to the day."
