Island Colony was a great place to stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with cookware, toiletries, towels, and even beach chairs and a backpack cooler. I loved the patio view and enjoyed relaxing out there. The pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and relaxing, and security felt solid. The only downside was parking -- the kiosk instructions are confusing, and you have to use separate elevators for the garage and rooms. Definitely ask staff for help the first time. I'd stay again, I truly enjoyed the room and its amenities. Very convenient location. Parking isn't the owners fault -- just something to be aware of. Parking is definitely cheaper if you go for the 5 days. $235/5 days vs $47/nightly. 4/5 Wonderful Room

Great location 2 blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Parking is good but expensive. Pool is rudimentary and best for small kids. Onsite restaurant breakfast is only ok. Very thin walls in the room, we could hear people in the adjoining room perfectly, though they thankfully quieted down at 10 pm.
