It was clean when we arrived and Jo was very fast with responses as I had a package delivered and Amazon delivery folks never check the delivery instructions! I Would definitely use again! It was a tad bit noisy with the occupants upstairs but that is just life and how things work in “shared/attached” living!"

"The place was clean, but the internet wouldn't work /connect couldn't use the tv for netflix or hulu etc. had to use my data from my phone, the shower on the 2nd floor wouldn't get as hot as i would like it just... warm, the other shower would get hot but the drainage was bad it would start to fill up, and the one toilet wouldn't flush the back had no water in it, also be nice if the bed rooms had tvs in them, if this all gets fixed i give 5 stars, as of now its just a place to sleep "

"I found the living room couch very uncomfortable to the point it was hurting my back to use it. Many electrical wall power outlets were not working especially in the bathroom. Once I opened the sliding door to the terrace I never could get it locked again. "

"The house is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There are two nearby ponds with paved walking trails. We walked in the morning and evening and enjoyed checking out the birds and fish. The house is within an hour drive of the Miami Zoo, Everglades, Fairchilds Garden, and Key Largo. If you are there for outdoor activities, this is a great location. The misses were that kitchen was bare. There is coffee, filters, seasonings, or oil. There is also no laundry detergent. The hot water capacity is low; we took many lukewarm showers. And you are not allowed to flush anything down the toilets including toilet paper. The latter was awkward for our party as we had six people sharing two toilets."
