"Literally scary. If you can make it to your room without being mugged, the room will surely disappoint. The elevator is disgusting, but preferable to the stairs on which people are smoking joints and dogs have defecated. No discernible wifi, a TV with no working signal or any way to watch literally anything, and a sticky floor. While there were not roaches or bedbugs, the outlets near the headboard showed several signs of previous pest infestation. Peeling paint surface in the tubs, walls that needed to be repainted years ago, and outdated everything. One gets the keen sense that everything at the property needs to be power-washed, preferably with sulfuric acid."

"This house had exactly what we needed. It was easy to find in a nice area, had enough space for the seven of us, clean, and having access to the pool for the kids was perfect. "

"This was overall a disappointing stay. Upon checking in, we found that the electric in two of the four bedrooms was completely out, including the room our children would be staying in. We also noticed that the water in the home was lukewarm at the most. We ended up having to reset the switch to the water heater in the electric panel to restore function to the water heater. The fountain pictured in the pool area was 80% broken. The pool was dirty, and the screens surrounding the pool area were torn and in poor condition. The chairs that were available on the pool deck were completely rusted, making sitting in them uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils, but there was absolutely nothing available that would have made cooking at the home practical, like salt or cooking oil. Finally, it would appear the home is in the process of being listed for sale. On our first day there, a home inspector came to assess the property- this was previously discussed between the property manager and I and was approved. However, our second day there, a tree removal service came (unannounced) to remove a tree in the front yard at 8am, surprising us by asking which tree they were to remove, and ultimately disrupting our morning with their tools. On our third and final day, a roof repair man came (again unannounced) and proceeded to fix the roof (during a thunderstorm) and during our kid's nap time. I overall regret booking this stay. "

"This stay was a great experience! Everything was as described! It was clean when we arrived and Jo was very fast with responses as I had a package delivered and Amazon delivery folks never check the delivery instructions! I Would definitely use again! It was a tad bit noisy with the occupants upstairs but that is just life and how things work in “shared/attached” living!"

"The place was clean, but the internet wouldn't work /connect couldn't use the tv for netflix or hulu etc. had to use my data from my phone, the shower on the 2nd floor wouldn't get as hot as i would like it just... warm, the other shower would get hot but the drainage was bad it would start to fill up, and the one toilet wouldn't flush the back had no water in it, also be nice if the bed rooms had tvs in them, if this all gets fixed i give 5 stars, as of now its just a place to sleep "
