8/10 Good

"I was disappointed that the pictures and description was deceiving. From what I was told the view of the capital and the continental breakfast is only for the top, most expensive floor. Only thing I saw was an abandoned building under construction and a street. The bed was extra firm. There is a significant space around the door that allowed in light and any noises in the hallway. The $20 a day parking in the basement parking garage was very scary with the low ceiling, huge pillars, and narrow spaces."

"The room was clean, the amenities amazing. We usually never have enough storage room for suitcases. Definitely not a problem, plus plenty of hangers. Great shower with lots of towels. The pool was great. We're definitely coming back when we come to Madison. We found our place!"

"The toilet flush in our room wasn't working; the administration attempted to fix it after we reported the issue twice at reception, but it worked only once before failing again. The receptionist who checked us in and took our initial report was unfriendly and angry. We had to use the public restroom for the entire duration of our stay, and we received no support or apologies."

"Staff was very friendly, but the TV didn't work in our room. One of the lamps had a blown light bulb. One of the rods to open the curtains was missing. The pool looked better in the pictures. The restroom in the pool area was out of area with the door on its side."
