    The Blue Lake House is the ULTIMATE FAMILY ESCAPE!

    If you have kiddos, want to stay in a comfortable, QUIET and safe place then stop scrolling - this is your home!! The owners of this home were long time Tahoe locals who recently moved and now want to share what they have loved with other families like you. You will feel the love when you say here! The backyard will keep your kids occupied for hours without their tablets, while you relax and unwind with the adults.

    Bedroom 2: Downstairs bunk bedroom

    Bedroom 3: Upstairs large bedroom with 1 bunk bed & another queen.

    *Due to the amount of bunk beds, this home is best for families.

    COUNTY RENTAL LAWS

    Please understand that these are laws set forth by the county that we all must abide by in order to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! :)

    1. No hot tub use after 10pm *only if applicable

    2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.

    3. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.

    4. We cannot host extra people at this home or allow parties.

    5. No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt.

    *Possible fines from local police or eviction can result if laws are not followed.

    6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.



    Interaction with Guests:

    You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.

The house is very beautiful, very well kept. Very clean and nice to stay. 15 min drive to town, very convenient, quiet neighborhood.The only issue we had is in the living room the mat would move when walking on it to quickly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family House

The house was amazing. Set up perfectly for families with young kids. Located in a quiet neighborhood that feels like your in the middle of the woods but the drive to town is only about 5-10 minutes. One room with bunk beads, one with a queen and attached bathroom and a second small upstairs area with another full/queen, bunk beds, couch and TV area. The kitchen is great and the living room area was a nice get-together spot in the evenings. I would definitely rent again.

Many nit-picking requirements not listed online, might not have booked here if they were honest

Disappointed in a few aspects of the rental which were not mentioned online and we did not find out about until we were present. We had to call and request check-in info that was never sent to us. Noise monitor inside seems kind of sketchy so do the cameras watching you if you go outside. Hot tub laws an on-site were a surprise not mentioned on listing. House was clean, most beds comfortable enough, had amenities. There is a list of chores to do before you have to leave at 10am on check out day that were not mentioned in the listed which made the last day stressful and much less fun.

Great family vacation cabin

We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. We had so much fun. The house was a perfect set up for our lil 3 year old. The adults also enjoyed all the space. The only nuance was that the house did not have ac set up and we all slept uncomfortable without it. We did our best to leave windows open. Apparently in Lake Tahoe not a lot of homes have AC. Overall it was a nice home to stay at for our first trip to Tahoe.

Beautiful house with excellent location

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this great rental home. The kitchen was very well equipped for the meals we cooked. We also loved having the upstairs area for our teens and made great use of the deck and hot tub. The house is in the perfect location as it's a short distance to everything but feels quiet and secluded. We'll definitely plan to stay here again!
