Located off Pioneer Trail, in a quiet and forested neighborhood, just a few miles from the lake, ski areas, and Stateline/casino area, our cabin is surrounded by conservancy land. Hence, there is a lot of room to play and relax. Depending on the season, whether it's a day of hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, or a lazy day at the lake, you can relax on the deck or gaze at the stars in our inviting Bullfrog hot tub. At the end of our street is an easy hike through the forest that leads to the Truckee River. All beds have warm comforters for a comfortable night's sleep.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully stocked kitchen, with seasonings, coffee filters, and all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans.

Kids will be entertained with air hockey, DVDs, and board games. They also have their own space upstairs with a TV. Outside, they can play tetherball and run on the lawn.

Exactly as advertised - clean and cozy, with plenty of space for four friends on a ski trip. (We could’ve fit several more, easily!) The kitchen was well stocked and huge, and the hot tub was easy to operate. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Winter Getaway

I set up a last min weekend getaway to go snowboarding with my son. This location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub after the slopes. The place had an air hockey table in the upstairs room that was fun. The host responded quickly to my messages.

Fourth of July Trip

Our family came to Lake Tahoe for the fourth of July. It was a fun trip and we enjoyed the beautiful cabin and peaceful neighborhood. Our kids loved the horseshoes, air hockey table, tetherball, hot tub, and relaxing space your cain provided.

Our Favorite Tahoe Spot

This was our third time staying here and we absolute love it every time! It’s in a nice peaceful neighborhood, but a quick drive to everything Tahoe has to offer. The house is clean and well stocked. We love to be able to eat outside and play horseshoes and tetherball and then spend time in the hot tub. It’s such a great getaway for the whole family.

Great family get away!

We were looking for a property to accommodate 8 family members plus our pups and this fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable lounging & sleeping. Was able to cook, hang out and enjoy nearby beaches and hiking as well as soak in the hot tub. Host was precise in their instructions and description of amenities. Had a lovely stay!

Christmas Getaway

I live locally and needed a bigger place to host my family for the holidays and this house was perfect for us! Super super cozy! Upstairs gets super warm so keep that in mind for heat (but it also was a wildly warm Christmas!). Our family really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a great perk! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood 9 minutes from most places.

We found the house and location in a neighborhood close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were 4 generations of us and the house and outside surroundings were perfect for our various needs. Hot tub, BBQ, and wrap around deck were perfect. The guys enjoyed playing horseshoes and tether ball and the toddler enjoyed playing on the grassy area. The kitchen is new and well stocked and the furniture comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family get away!

House was very clean and spacious. Seemed bigger than it appeared in photos especially kitchen/dining area. Plenty of room to move around. We enjoyed the hot tub and the hiking trail at the end of the street. The fire place wouldn't turn on initially but we read the instructions and figured it out. But then it was too warm after being on and the thermostat did not turn it off even when we lowered it to below room temp so we decided to turn it off completely. We really enjoyed visiting Fallen Leaf Lake where we rented kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you for having us in your place!! We would definitely stay again.:)

Love the House BUT

We really did love this house. The location was great & it had many amenities that we look for like the large TV w/ streaming available and Hot Tub. Wi-Fi was strong and easy to use. Kitchen had most everything you could ask for although the coffee maker is old style & does NOT have an auto off switch which caused us to leave it on by accident one day & that freaked us all out. Possible fire hazard. The grill was also nice but we had to move it to use it because the light fixture over by the hot tub did not work. We attempted to change the bulb but it seems to be a fixture problem. The floor plan was perfect in every way... BUT, we hated the beds. These beds were OLD worn-out mattresses with a thick piece of memory foam on top. The frames were rickety, and we just felt like the owner of the home had purchased themselves some new beds and moved their old ones to this vacation home. I would honestly bet those beds are more than 10 years+ old. The bedding was thin and cheap. The thin comforter useless. The pillows were disgusting old flat and yellow. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and yet the extra pillows in the closet did not have pillowcases on them & we could not locate additional pillowcases or bedding of any kind. Even the extra blankets appeared as if people had used them, & they were not clean and just tossed back up into the closet. The bed is the most important aspect in a vacation rental, you have to be comfortable and able to sleep.

Perfect getway and great accomodations!

Enjoyed our stay a lot! Check in was so easy, the house was clean and exactly as presented. It was around 10 min from the stateline area and was very peaceful. Would stay here again for sure!
